Product Manager

Do you want to be a part of developing the next big mobile social music experience? If you do, then look no further! We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

Deeply understand Pacemaker’s mission and strategies, manage product vision for the team, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
Full Funnel responsibility, i.e. Pirate Metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue and Referral).
Own and prioritize the roadmap.
Manage the product development with our CTO and a team of awesome engineers and data scientists.
Define, monitor and analyze metrics for Pacemaker apps and feed learnings back into the product development process.
Ensuring outstanding product quality for Pacemaker Apps.
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results of the development of Pacemaker Apps.
Coach and enable the team to work efficiently and effectively together.

Your powers:

You are an experienced Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager.
You are experienced in defining metrics and KPI’s to measure according to Pirate Metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue and Referral).
You have experience working with Analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase or similar products).
You are experienced working in and with Agile teams.
You have experience applying concepts and techniques from multiple agile approaches including Extreme Programming, Lean and Scrum.
You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills.

Be updated on the latest trends and technologies of the iOS industry.

Your powers:

You should have enhanced senses when it comes to mobile development. When it comes to current technologies, solid hands-on experience is your armor. You possess the extraordinary ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization. Your arsenal of special weapons should preferably include:

iOS-development (Objective-C/Swift)
C++
Multithread programming
Git, with focus on rebasing
Agile methodologies
Plus if you have been working with automated testing
Academic studies in Computer Science or similar
Basic English language skills
You care about quality and take pride in your work.
